Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping
- Cost: $7.95 flat rate
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: $14.95
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
- Carrier: UPS or FedEx
Express Shipping
- Cost: $24.95
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Carrier: FedEx Express

Orders over $75 qualify for FREE standard shipping to all 50 states!
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories (additional charges may apply)
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Track your order anytime on our website. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- International addresses (coming soon!)
- Certain remote areas with restricted access
Holidays & Weather
Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas. Severe weather conditions may cause delays beyond our control. We'll notify you of any significant delays via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
1. Check with neighbors and building management
2. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
3. Contact us at support@summitgear.com
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@summitgear.com
3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately
Address Changes
Contact us immediately at support@summitgear.com if you need to change your shipping address. Please note that we cannot change addresses once the order has shipped. Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
International Shipping
We're working on international shipping options! Check back soon or email support@summitgear.com to be notified when we ship to your country.
